The Livingston IML is located in Tillett 119. The Busch IML is located in ARC
116. ARC is located on Allison Rd., near Psychology.
In addition to our scheduled times, you have access to the lab whenever the room is free. It is to your advantage to time your use of the lab to avoid classes (consult the lab schedule for details: Tillett or ARC). You should be able to complete all assignments at any of the campus IML's.
You will be using the General Social Survey (GSS), a representative sample of the U.S. population in 2002 (2,765 people were surveyed). You will access the GSS website for several of your assignments, including Assignment 1 and through to the final project. Later in the semester you will use this website to search for relevant articles and books using the variables you have chosen from the GSS.
